Scenario:
We received a call from a broker requesting an urgent loan to help their client complete a major renovation.
Client owed $1.75m to NAB and needed another $500,000 to complete the reno.
The Valuation came back at $5M and we secured a First Mortgage over the property at 9.95%. Loan was for six months.

Commercial Purchase
Scenario:
Broker advised that their client went to an auction of a commercial property.
Paid a 20% deposit with a settlement period of 14 days.
Their client had other properties with one fully paid off. Valued at $10m in Sydney.
We secured a first mortgage over their commercial property and another property to secure the funding.
