TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by LKP Family Trust trading as Renown Lending (ABN 54790 659 601) (“Promoter”), Australia.

2. Promotion Period

Start Date: 1 April 2026 at 12:01am AEST

End Date: 30 April 2026 at 11:59pm AEST

(“Promotion Period”)

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to:

  • Licensed Australian mortgage and finance brokers;

  • Holders of a valid ACL or authorised representative status;

  • Residents operating in Australia.

Employees, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible.

4. Nature of Promotion

This is a competition of skill, not a game of chance.

Winners are determined based on merit and defined judging criteria.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

  • Submit a loan application, referral, or transaction to Renown Lending; and/or

  • Client must accept out term sheet, and settle the loan prior to the end date of the competition.

  • Engage with Renown Lending in accordance with promotional criteria.

Each qualifying submission constitutes one entry unless otherwise specified. Loan must settle prior to the 30 April 2026 11:50pm AEST

6. Prize Pool

Prizes will be paid via EFT to an Australian bank account.

7. Judging Criteria

Entries will be assessed on:

  • Commercial viability

  • Quality and completeness

  • Strength of transaction

  • Professional engagement

Judging will occur within 7 business days of the Promotion Period ending.

The Promoter’s decision is final.

8. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified in writing within 7 business days and may be announced publicly unless otherwise requested.

9. Claiming Prizes

Winners must claim prizes within 30 days of notification.

Prizes will be paid within a reasonable timeframe following verification.

10. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

• The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

11. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize is not claimed within 30 days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.

12. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, including identity, licensing, and transaction details. Invalid or misleading entries may be disqualified.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising in connection with this promotion or prize use.

14. Cancellation / Variation

If the promotion cannot run as planned due to circumstances beyond control (including fraud, technical failure or interference), the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the promotion.

15. Privacy

Personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Information may be used for marketing unless the entrant opts out.

16. Taxation

Any tax liability arising from the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

17. General

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms at any time subject to applicable laws.
